    Position Summary

    The Global Relationship Leader will act as the company’s Principal Client Advocate, maintaining and developing client relationships at both the executive and business sponsor level (C-Suite). This position will have overall accountability to grow and optimize the client relationship and position Crawford as a both a strategic and trusted consultative partner. The Global Relationship Leader will take a full enterprise and holistic view of the client to ensure / encourage that Crawford are truly understanding their critical, business issues, adding value and contributing at all levels to our client and their customers. This is a global role.



    • Develop an understanding of the client strategies, business needs and expectations to develop overall strategies and plans that create value. Ensure communication of same within Crawford.
    • Develop global, strategic account management and growth plan, oversee significant RFI/RFP opportunities, stewardship and NPS reporting. Work with GSL/Country business development teams to create and implement the strategic growth plan.
    • Act as a key advisor and resource to the client at their C suite level; facilitating introductions between Crawford and the client at all segment levels where there is benefit
    • Build value strategies and provide direction and support for the development of the client’s business plans in each country in which the customer does business.
    • Coordinate activities and communications in support of One Crawford and foster collaboration between key account teams to ensure support of the customer’s strategies, initiatives and KPI’s.
    • Work with and provide an effective support to the Crawford Executive Sponsor; reflecting that role’s key responsibilities.
    • Personally manage, in conjunction with key Crawford Executive Management, issues which the client or Crawford which to escalate and seek early resolution


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field. MBA is highly preferred.
    • 8 or more years of experience
    • Proven ability to work with cross matrix teams
    • Ability to travel globally. Valid passport.
    • Leads and directs the work of other employees
    • Ability to foster teamwork
    • Leads strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department or function
    • Understands and has practical knowledge/experience of Miller Heiman Large Account Management practices or similar i.e. working knowledge of CRM
    • A strong balance of strategic and business skills, with a high level of intellectual agility and capacity for original thought
    • Excellent business acumen, planning, and goal-setting skills
    • Demonstrates thought leadership as well as the capability to effectively motivate and solicit buy-in from individuals at all levels of the organization
    • Effective oral, presentation and written communication skills.
