    The IT Service Delivery team helps our Customers get business value from the ServiceNow enterprise platform, whether it is through Incident Management (issue identification and resolution), Change Management (ensuring standardized methods and procedures are used in handling changes to technical environments), or Business Management (Service Requests, Demand Management, Project Management, and SDLC). The candidate will support our team throughout various functions of IT Service Delivery.




    • Study and analysis of business needs
    • Work closely with senior technical and business leaders in development of platform capabilities
    • Contribute effectively to the analysis and implementation of solutions to meet Customer expectations
    • Write and publish business and technical specifications (Knowledge Articles)
    • Performs other duties as assigned
    • Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct



    • Completion of freshman year and currently enrolled as a sophomore or higher in a degree program and in good standing at an accredited college or university is required
    • Proven team player and team builder
    • Good understanding of customer support business operations (e.g., helpdesk support, project management methodologies, business analysis, network operations, etc.)
    • Ability to take a problem and run with it
    • High level of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities
    • Grade Point Average of at least 2.5 or equivalent is required
    • Prior work experience of some type is required
    • Basic knowledge and understanding of ITIL, PMI, Six Sigma, Agile, or CMMI models
    • Excellent oral and written communication
    • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a team environment
