    Contractor Connection - Operations

    Position Summary

    Responsible for all aspects of report creation, execution and administration; works with internal and external end users to define report contents, form and format to satisfaction of requester; puts reports in production system with appropriate content.

    Responsibilities

    • Interacts with users to determine report specifications.
    • Interacts with Data Base Administration to determine data requirements.
    • Interacts with production staff to assure successful integration and use.
    • Designs and develops report form and format.
    • Maintains existing report templates and programs.
    • Works on various projects such as web-based reporting, EDI, electronic commerce, etc.
    • Upholds the Crawford Code of Business Conduct at all times.
    • Performs other duties as requested.

    Requirements

    • College Degree or similar discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Previous experience creating database reports or as a Programmer/Analyst.
    • Ability to work and communicate with others.
    • Excellent written communication skills.
    • Working knowledge of SQL and relational data base technology.
    • Experience with Crystal Reports, InfoReports, Oracle Reports, or similar tool set.
    • Understanding of insurance terms, principles, concepts and practices a plus.
