    Position Summary

     

     

    Performance-driven support professional with comprehensive construction industry experience to assist Construction management, sales, account executives, and internal technical consultants in planning, organizing, directing, and participating in the development, installation, and maintenance of specialized construction insurance protocols and procedures to provide quality products and services to construction carriers, brokers, and clients. Establish standards to effectively produce accuracy, efficiency and productivity.

     

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Develops and maintains processing protocols and procedures specific to construction carriers and brokers that are also in tandem with internal standard best practices.
    • Assists AE’s to ensure consistency, direction, quality, and accuracy of performance and integration of all Broadspire products and services for the construction business segment as it pertains to administrative services.
    • Assists in development of key deliverables to construction clients.
    • Assists in development and execution of construction industry practice strategies as it relates to administrative areas for construction opportunities.
    • Manages overall quality of construction, specific administrative processes, and the loading of administrative data in various internal systems.
    • Works closely with internal technical consultants to provide effective, efficient, productive process to produce timely service delivery and data accuracy.
    • Provides assistance to marketing personnel for complex new client engagements and RFP’s in areas of administrative support, specification design, and pricing as needed.
    • Assist AE’s in informing carriers, brokers, and clients of available enhancements and other improvements in the administrative process.
    • Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct

     

    Requirements

     

    • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent in directly related experience)
    • Valid Driver’s License
    • Minimum of 10 years construction industry experience assisting management, sales, account executives, and internal technical consultants in planning, organizing, directing, and participating in the development, installation, and maintenance of specialized construction insurance protocols and procedures.
    • Knowledge of associated/relative departments’ rules & regulations are required.
    • Effective written & oral communications skills are essential.
    • Effective interpersonal skills are essential.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks, exhibit flexibility, meet deadlines through appropriate prioritization & decision-making skills is essential.
