    Position Summary



    Performs the necessary duties related to the credentialing process within the Membership Services department. Acts as the final review of contractor application information.





    • Conducts a thorough review of new and updated contractor applications to determine pre-qualification status.
    • Reviews contractor financial statements and credit reports.
    • Reviews contractor site visit results.
    • Updates systems to reflect contractor status information.
    • Communicates with contractors, both verbal and written, regarding network status.
    • Central point of contact for any internal and external inquiries regarding contractor financial and/or credit status.
    • Advises client and/or field personnel of any potential issues or concerns via e-mail, listing all findings.
    • Responsible for the Credit Alert Process.
    • Participates in special projects or performs duties in other areas as requested.
    • Upholds the Crawford Code of Business Conduct and Ethics at all times.
    • Upholds and projects the public image of the Company.



    • Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

    • Highly proficient and advanced computer skills.

    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

    • Good time management abilities.

    • Strong analytical and problem solving ability.

    • Excellent written, verbal and oral communication skills.

    • Good interpersonal skills.
