    Position Summary



    Provide data gathering and analysis around both strategic and tactical initiatives to optimize total asset performance and cost reduction. Serve as an expert in the gathering and analyzing of data around existing processes, procedures and methods to ensure and promote effective business and systems operations. Draw conclusions from data gathered and analyzed to identify and lead the implementation of process improvements.





    • Gather data and information around the organization’s business processes and practices. Evaluate and document existing processes across specific areas within the business
    • Use quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost and benefit, and/or process measurement analysis.
    • Conducts economic and business case analyses of cost reduction ideas, capital projects, and supply chain strategies.
    • Works with internal members of the Management team in presenting and confirming new work procedures, organization recommendations and the prioritization of issues requiring their input and support.
    • Manages the implementation of business process and business practice changes within the business operation
    • Prepares the necessary pro forma analysis to support the recommendation.
    • Partner with business process owners and management on strategic initiatives.
    • May lead and facilitate process workshops that involves eliciting process requirements and liaising with users
    • Performs ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
    • Research industry trends for application of process improvement techniques and best practices.
    • Provides training of key users on new processes.
    • May act as team lead for one of more business coordinators supporting business process redesign.
    • Stays current in emerging technologies and innovative practices.
    • Upholds the Crawford Code of Business Conduct at all times.
    • May perform other duties as assigned.




    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is required.
    • 4-5 years’ experience of professional data gathering and analysis, or directly related experience with demonstrated ability to apply a broad knowledge of business and business analysis principles, practices, and procedures to the completion of difficult assignments.
    • Must be able to travel as required. Travel is variable both in frequency and duration.
    • Demonstrates ability to manage projects involving planning, coordinating, and controlling.
    • Working knowledge of project techniques and software is desirable.
    • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology and analytics desired.
    • Demonstrates sound skills in fact gathering, defining objectives, and determining alternatives.
    • Demonstrates the ability to analyze problems, develop hypotheses, and make sound recommendations.
    • Demonstrates effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver information (including formal presentations) and to respond to questions from all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrates a sound knowledge of technology and how to relate business needs in data processing terms.
