  • Position Summary

    Serves in an administrative support role for new and pending assignments administered through the Issue Resolution department, documenting various system applications according to procedures and program requirements.

    Responsibilities

    • Assists in and/or performs general clerical duties necessary to accomplish daily department activities
    • Performs typing/keyboarding and data input functions
    • Monitors inbound email box for newly reported issues and general inquiries.
    • Acknowledges receipt of all new assignments to clients.
    • Assigns and distributes new assignments to Issue Resolution coordinators
    • Inputs and processes all client specific feedback forms.
    • Answers and directs incoming calls received on the dedicated Issue Resolution line
    • Assists external clients with customer service inquiries.
    • Documents assignments and status, utilizing appropriate web based systems
    • Participates in special projects or performs duties in other areas as requested.
    • Upholds the Crawford Code of Business Conduct and Ethics at all times.

    Requirements

    • High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 year’s customer service and/or administrative/clerical experience.
    • Minimum two years’ office experience. Demonstrated experience in customer service, administrative/clerical skills
    • Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by Crawford Educational Services
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to utilize internal web-based programs
    • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
    • Strong analytical and problem solving ability
    • Strong work ethic
