Position Summary

 

This individual will provide support for corporate development initiatives to drive shareholder value by participating in implementing the Merger &Acquisition framework and evaluating M&A targets.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide competitive insights, market research & data analysis
  • Create company profiles, deal summaries, valuation model and investment thesis
  • Research on mid-market investment banks and other lead generation avenues
  • Manage M&A pipeline tool
  • Build templates for M&A framework
  • Due-diligence project management
  • Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flows, NPV, IRR, EV/EBITDA etc.
  • Market tracking/ market intelligence experience.
  • Experience working in M&A/ corporate finance/ investment bank is preferred.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not necessary.
  • Deal Valuation experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • Graduate in Business Administration and/or Masters in Finance and/or CFA.
  • Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Possess strong problem solving skills and
  • Project Management - ability to effectively manage multiple projects from implementation through evaluation.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate as a team member
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
