Position Summary

 

 

The Treasury Operations Analyst is responsible for performing various activities within the treasury function.  Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the Treasury field, and will perform a variety of tasks and work independently and/or with general supervision.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

 

  • Maintains working spreadsheets – cross-referencing information to ensure data is accurate and formatted in a way that translates to live site in a content & customer friendly manner, including assembling strategic reports and presentations for Senior Management. 30%
  • Supports senior staff members on daily work and/or department initiatives, as needed. 20%
  • Prepares ad hoc and scheduled reports as requested. 10%
  • Processes surety bond requests through broker. 5%
  • Approves new client programs for Credit and Collections. 5%
  • Serves as backup support for Treasury staff, including but not limited to daily cash management functions and certificate of insurance request processing. 30%
  • Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct N/A

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in a finance setting preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to efficiently use a personal computer, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and internet applications
  • Ability to learn record-keeping/archival needs of department.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail orientation and ability to multitask and meet all deadlines and changing priorities in a fast paced environment
