Position Summary

 

 

Under general supervision, the System Administrator will develop and maintain the global CRM and related business application sets to ensure continued delivery of innovative, high quality solutions to meet business needs for global client development, as well as building necessary interfaces and tools for further integration and development of CRM.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide global day-to-day end-user support (including system configuration, complex formulas and system maintenance) and assist users with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Service).

  • Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, Security, Validation Rules, and approval processes).

  • Perform data integrity and manipulation tasks such as managing data quality, merging duplicate records and managing account teams across global sales teams.

  • Design, document, build, test and deploy enhancements to CRM custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports and complex dashboards within CRM.

  • Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross functional impacts with regard to configuration, process, workflow, dashboard and reporting.

  • Contribute on the technical side of business projects and create solutions to meet challenges (including performing detailed analysis of technical and business requirements).

  • Manage/participate in special projects as assigned.

  • Ability to design, code, test, debug, package and deploy quality, scalable and well documented solutions on the SaaS environment.

Requirements

 

  • Requires three years of experience in developing and modifying moderately complex programs.
  • Requires three years of experience with technical implementation, day-to-day operations, and long term maintenance of Salesforce.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS or similar discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Salesforce ADM 201, DEV 401.
  • Hands on experience with APEX and Visual Force development.
  • Use of SaaS APIs (via Informatica Cloud, java, etc.) to integrate CRM with other tools.
  • Experience with Informatica Cloud System and MDM Customer Cloud 360 tool desired.
  • Keen attention to detail and complex problem solving abilities from an operational and technical perspective.
  • Ability to work independently and engage supervisor as needed.
