Defines, develops, documents and implements business processes; participates in the identification and/or development of technology that will enable efficient delivery of top quality services in the areas of Property and Casualty claims adjudication.
At least five years previous experience in service delivery and general business experience.
Experience in problem analysis.
Subject matter expert in U.S. Property & Casualty with particular focus on claims administration systems.
Familiar with risk management/claims administration/healthcare management processes and approaches.
Familiarity with Crawford processes and approaches an asset.
Clear understanding of insurance terminology.
Understanding of need for high productivity and knowledge of how to deliver service profitably.
Ability to bring order to unstructured information.
Can develop and present information to large and small groups.
Can build consensus.
Strong negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong PC skills including familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office.
Familiarity with Crawford system applications a must.
